Gleipnir is a U.S. C-Corporation headquartered in the State of Tennessee.
Gleipnir will establish wholly owned independent subsidiaries. Each subsidiary will be a licensed, regulated, fiduciary financial advisor managing crypto index portfolios for retail and institutional customers in its respective jurisdiction. We will expand into multiple jurisdictions around the world.
We will be looking for innovative visionaries from around the globe who desire to be at the cutting-edge intersection of finance and blockchain technology. We’ll need hard working leaders who desire to make their mark on this organization and the industry. Gleipnir launched its Initial Coin Offering (ICO) on 5 September 2024. The ICO will close on 4 September 2025. In doing so we’re pioneering an innovative, new global standard:
- Tokenization at its Core - Setting a worldwide standard by adopting a fully tokenized approach from day one. No paper or book entry shares will be issued.
- Ownership Rights for Tokenholders - GLAP tokens represent real ownership and rights, with an emphasis on investor rights.
- Innovative STO via Smart-Contract - An STO utilizing smart contracts, showcasing enhanced transparency and efficiency in capital formation.
- Single Round of Capital Formation - All of Gleipnir’s capital is being sourced through this STO, reflecting the company's belief in blockchain as a powerful financial tool.
- Welcoming Both Digital and Fiat Currencies - An inclusive STO, accepting both digital assets and fiat currency.
And we’re just getting started.
