Gleipnir is a U.S. C-Corporation headquartered in the State of Tennessee.

Gleipnir will establish wholly owned independent subsidiaries. Each subsidiary will be a licensed, regulated, fiduciary financial advisor managing crypto index portfolios for retail and institutional customers in its respective jurisdiction. We will expand into multiple jurisdictions around the world.

We will be looking for innovative visionaries from around the globe who desire to be at the cutting-edge intersection of finance and blockchain technology. We’ll need hard working leaders who desire to make their mark on this organization and the industry. Being at the vanguard of finance and blockchain technology means our team will have a long-term influence on the direction of this organization and the entire industry.

Gleipnir launched its Initial Coin Offering (ICO) on 5 September 2024. The ICO will close on 4 September 2025. In doing so we’re pioneering an innovative, new global standard:

  • Tokenization at its Core - Setting a worldwide standard by adopting a fully tokenized approach from day one. No paper or book entry shares will be issued.
  • Ownership Rights for Tokenholders - GLAP tokens represent real ownership and rights, with an emphasis on investor rights.
  • Innovative STO via Smart-Contract - An STO utilizing smart contracts, showcasing enhanced transparency and efficiency in capital formation.
  • Single Round of Capital Formation - All of Gleipnir’s capital is being sourced through this STO, reflecting the company's belief in blockchain as a powerful financial tool.
  • Welcoming Both Digital and Fiat Currencies - An inclusive STO, accepting both digital assets and fiat currency.

Population
Northeast Tennessee, also known as Tri-Cities TN/VA, is comprised of 8 counties with a total population of approximately 750,000 people. Add in our neighbors in Southwest Virginia (we consider ourselves 1 cultural region) and the population is approximately 1,500,000.
Transportation

Vehicle travel is easy in our area. The region is intersected by I-81, stretching from Canada to Knoxville, TN, and by I-26 from the East Coast to Kingsport, TN. I-40, stretching coast-to-coast, is just a few miles south.

Tri-Cities Airport is a regional airport offering 12 flights per day to major hub airports. Charlotte Douglas International Airport, a major U.S. hub, is a mere 2 hours away by car.

Healthcare

Northeast Tennessee is served by 2 healthcare systems staffing 10 hospitals, including a children’s hospital, and offers board certified physicians in almost every specialty imaginable.

We are also home to the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center and East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine. If you’re ever in need of a rare medical specialty, we’re close to the Atlanta healthcare system, Raleigh-Durham Medical Triangle, University of Tennessee healthcare system, and the Vanderbilt healthcare system.

Education
Northeast Tennessee boasts 3 of the highest ranked public-school systems in the nation, as well as 20 private schools. Not only are they among the highest ranked academically, several also offer some of the most competitive high school sports programs in the country. For those interested in higher education, Northeast Tennessee is home to East Tennessee State University, Quillen College of Medicine, Gatton College of Pharmacy, 3 private colleges, 3 community colleges, and multiple vocational-technical schools. The University of Tennessee is a quick drive south and Virginia Tech is a short drive north.
Climate
Northeast Tennessee experiences 4 full seasons every year and those seasons are generally considered to be mild, making it easy to enjoy the great outdoors year-round.
Major League Sports
Whether you enjoy MLB, MLS, NASCAR, NBA, NFL, NHL, or NHRA, we are close to 14 professional sports teams, 2 NASCAR tracks, and 1 NHRA track, making it a simple matter to catch a weekend game or race. The Tennessee Smokies, the Chicago Cubs AA franchise, plays just a few miles outside the region. And for horse racing enthusiasts, both Lexington and Louisville are a short drive away. Northeast Tennessee is also home to Minor League Baseball’s Appalachian League.
NCAA Sports
College sports aficionados know it’s hard to beat the Southeastern Conference (SEC) for top tier college action. The University of Tennessee Volunteers are a short drive away and boast of perennially ranked football, basketball, baseball, and softball programs. You can watch some of the best college sports in the country as Tennessee hosts multiple top ranked college teams each year. Virginia Tech, a quick drive north, is a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference and also hosts several nationally ranked teams each year. For true NCAA football fans, Appalachian State is just as close to us as the Volunteers and Hokies.
Golf and Intramural Sports
For those that enjoy the fairway and greens, Northeast Tennessee is home to 18 golf courses plus dozens more within 20 miles. And of course, the region has multiple intramural sports leagues for those that enjoy suiting-up and taking to the field.
History, Culture, and Dining
Northeast Tennessee may not be known as a cultural mecca, but we still have a lot going on. A few miles south in Knoxville is the Tennessee Theater, the official state theater of Tennessee. The Tennessee Theater offers multiple concerts, plays, and ballets each year. A few miles north is the Barter Theater, the official state theater of Virginia. The Barter offers multiple shows each year. We’re home to the world renown International Storytelling Center and the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, an affiliate of the Smithsonian. Several Northeast Tennessee communities date back to the Revolutionary War, so there are a multitude of historic town squares and local history museums to visit, including the home of President Andrew Johnson. The University of Tennessee’s Thompson-Boling Arena offers multiple concerts in all genres every year and occasionally Neyland Stadium opens up to mega-acts. And fine dining has begun to come to Northeast Tennessee as famed chefs open restaurants centered on high-end Southern cuisine. For beer and whiskey connoisseurs, the region is home to several local breweries and close to the Tennessee Whiskey Trail and Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
Outdoor Adventure
We’re located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery nature has to offer. Whether you enjoy hiking, camping, photography, fishing, or hunting, Northeast Tennessee has plenty to offer. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a few minutes south. To the east is Cherokee National Forest, offering hundreds of miles of trails, including the famed Appalachian Trail. 3 hours south is the Ocoee Whitewater Center, host of the 1996 Olympic whitewater competitions. And there are 5 state parks in the region offering hiking, camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Boating enthusiasts would like to know we’re surrounded by 9 major lakes and numerous rivers. For those that prefer powder, North Carolina offers 6 ski resorts within a quick, easy drive.
Politically Important
If we haven’t yet convinced you that Northeast Tennessee is a fantastic area of the world, we’ll skim a topic that the company doesn’t get involved in; politics. To give you an idea of how important this region is to our nation, during Presidential campaign season, most major candidates will visit the area with great fanfare. And not just any candidates; Barack Obama, Donald Trump, and Joe Biden have all visited Northeast Tennessee as candidates. Barack Obama and Donald Trump both also visited as sitting Presidents. We are also home to a Federal Court and the FBI, US Marshalls, and US Secret Service maintain offices in the region. Maybe you’ve never heard of Northeast Tennessee before, but our national leaders know us well.

We also want to point out that the region is bordered by Western Kentucky, Southwest Virginia, and Western North Carolina. And we haven’t even begun to list everything available in those areas.
